These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between TasksLeader (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity accessing our services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1 SERVICES PROVIDED
TasksLeader provides remote professional assistance (“Virtual Assistant Services”).
Engagement: Services are provided on a subscription basis or project basis as defined in your chosen plan.
Nature of Work: Tasks are performed remotely. The Client is responsible for providing necessary access to third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, Social Media, Email) required to complete the tasks.
2 SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Payments: All service fees are billed in advance.
Automatic Renewal: To ensure service continuity, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) unless canceled in writing at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which the Client is responsible for paying if applicable.
Invoice & Messaging Agreements: By paying any invoice issued by TasksLeader, or by requesting a 'top-up' or service extension via email, Telegram, or other messaging platforms, the Client agrees that such transactions are governed by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
3 REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
TasksLeader operates on a performance-based model where resources are allocated upon subscription.
Post-Trial Conversion: No refund (full or partial) shall be granted at all after the subscription converts to a paid plan from a Free Trial.
Long-Term Plans: We maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy for long-term commitments. No refund (full or partial) shall be granted under any circumstances for Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual plans once the subscription is activated. Prepaid long-term plans represent a reservation of labor; because labor hours cannot be recovered once reserved, fees are non-refundable even if the Client chooses not to utilize the hours or experiences changes in their own business model.
Service Hours: Unused hours in a billing cycle do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable.
4 QUALITY ASSURANCE & CHARGEBACKS
Review Period: The Client is responsible for reviewing VA work within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to raise a concern in writing within this window constitutes formal acceptance of the work as satisfactory.
Chargeback Penalty: By issuing a chargeback for services already rendered or labor already reserved, the Client agrees to pay TasksLeader an administrative legal fee of $500 plus the disputed amount. TasksLeader reserves the right to report unpaid debts resulting from fraudulent chargebacks to business credit bureaus and third-party collection agencies.
5 CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
NDA: TasksLeader and its Virtual Assistants (VAs) agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all Client data, business secrets, and proprietary information.
Data Security: We employ industry-standard security protocols. We advise the use of secure password-sharing tools (e.g., LastPass).
6 NON-SOLICITATION AGREEMENT
Restriction: During the term of service and for 12 months following termination, the Client shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit, or contract any TasksLeader VA outside of our platform.
Penalty: Violation of this clause shall result in a Placement Fee of $5,000 payable immediately to TasksLeader.
7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client Oversight: The Client is responsible for the final review and approval of all work produced by the VA.
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the one month of service preceding the claim.
8 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The relationship is that of an Independent Contractor. TasksLeader is responsible for all payroll taxes and benefits for its VAs.
9 TERMINATION
By Client: You may cancel via your dashboard or by notifying your Account Manager. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current term.
By Company: We reserve the right to terminate immediately if the Client violates our Acceptable Use Policy or fails to pay.
10 GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India.
11 AMENDMENTS
Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance.
